PETITIONER FOR REVIVAL OF EXECUTION PETITION.

Respectfully Shewth:

1. That above title execution petition was pending adjudication

before this Honorable Court.

2. That on 4-12-2015 the both the parties appeared before the

predecessor of this Honorable court and execution was

adjourned for 11-12-2015 for the payment of the decreetal

amount.
3. That on 11-12-2015 the counsel to parties appeared but judgment

debtor couldnt appear personal as he went to abroad, However the

case was again adjourned for the payment of decreetal amount of

minor. The reader of the court convey the next date as 4-1-2016

which was duly noted in the daily dairy of the counsel.

4. That on 4-1-2016 when the counsel to the decree

holders/petitioners came to the court in above title execution

but the case was not in daily cause list on further inquiry it

revealed that on 11-12-2015 the predecessor judge and the

reader of the Honorable court has adjourned the case for 2-1-

2016 in absence of petitioners and their counsel. Later on when

counsel attend the court the reader of this Honorable court has

convey the next date as 4-1-2016. And on 2-1-2016 the above

title execution petition has been disposed off due to non-

attendance of petitioners and their counsel.

5. That on 2-1-2016 the absence of the petitioner and her counsel

was not deliberate but due to misunderstanding of the date of

hearing.
6. That earlier the execution has been pursing very regularly and

diligently by the counsel.

7. That the valuable right are involved with the execution petition

and if the above title petition is not summoned/revived then the

petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss.

It is therefore respectfully prayer that the petition may

kindly be accepted and the execution petition may

graciously be revived for the satisfaction of decree.
