The rapid development of industry requires the increase of the material. Casting parts of Single
material become more and more difficult to satisfy demand of various production processes. In
the actual production process, some parts required materials both good toughness to resist the
impact of the material and prevent the accident fracture and, at the same time, needs high hardness
and excellent wear resistance performance. For single component material, it is too hard to have
high toughness,high hardness and high wear resistance characteristics.

Therefore,we, Luoyang Zhili Industry Co,,LTD , in 2006 based on the market development
needs,establised the special scientific research group to slove this problem. After the company
researchers assiduously study, we finally successfully developed the bimetallic thermal composite
materials in 2007. Those materials provide different performace characteristic at different working
parts and effectively solve the contradiction of hardness and toughness of the tradtional materials.
The efficiency is significant and the serving life is two to three times of the high manganese series
material.

Take hammer as an example and from friction angle, we see in the working process, the
hammers and materials occurs violent collision and mainly affected by the impact abrasion and
strong high stress sliding wear. The handle department is mainly happened bending fatigue and
small stress abrasive wear. That is, the wear mainly happened in ends(working part) and requires
the high hardness materials to resist wear, and hammer handle parts is mainly connection function
and anti wear demand is not high. The handle parts needs strong toughness and resistance fracture
ability.

We, accroding to the hammers different parts requirements, adopt high toughness alloy steel in
the hammer handle parts(assembly parts). Through the reduction of the impurity content, addition
of the variety rare alloy elements, together with international advanced foundry technique to
further improce the molten steel cleanliness, we offer the alloy stell with sound ductility and high
toughness. The ends of the hammer adopt the current most wear resisting materialhigh
chromium casting iron.

Using special technology and method, we melt those two kinds of materials together in
liquid-liquid state, and we let their potential play maximally and their bond strength is very high.

Working principle of the impact crusher blow bar

Impact crusher is a kind of crushing equipment, using impact energy to crush material.
When materials get into the area where the blow bar working,under the impact
function of high speed blow bar , the crushed material are thrown to the impact device

Mill Liner Overview

The high manganese ball mill Liner Plate is widely used for all kinds of minerals with strong,
medium and weak magnetism. If it is used for non-magnetic materials, certain quantity of
ferromagnetic substances such as broken steel balls and iron scrap must be added regularly so as
to form a protective layer.

Our company can customize in line plate with clients' needs. We also offer super strengthening
wear resistant medium chromium alloy materials. Its expected service life is 2-3 times that of high
manganese steel and it causes little noise and pollution.
