The Sheriffs Certificate of Sale, dated: July 2, 2016,

relative to the Writ of Execution issued by the Branch
Clerk of Court of the Honorable Metropolitan Trial Court of
Manila, Branch24 dated: July 16, 2010 was, on August 20,
2015, registered and/or annotated on the Transfer
Certificate of Title (TCT No. V-62447 Registry of Deeds of
Valenzuela City) covering subject property levied on
execution.

Pursuant to the Clients Right and/or Claim of

Redemption of the subject property with the one (1) year
period reckoned from the date of Registration of the said
Sheriffs Certificate of Sale, the Client is now tendering to
you the amount of P120, 000.00 (Managers Check).

Failure and/or refusal on your part to receive / accept

said amount pursuant to the Clients Right of Redemption
will constrain Undersigned to Consign the same in Court.
