Instructions:
1. First acquire everything on the parts list
2. Take the 4x4 and cut in half. Then take the 2x4 and cut it into two at the
length of `17 inches.
3. Nail these together putting the 4x4 on top of the 2x4 vertically. Repeat
4. Take the 1x4 and cut it to around 3 feet.
5. Put it on top of the two pieces you already assembled to form a bench.
6. Put one screw on each side and then nail the rest using two for each side.
7. Then take your large pilot hole and drill into one end of the 1x4 and make
2 symmetrical large holes.
8. Cut the rest of the 2x4 into two 9 inch and 14 5/8 inch pieces. Nail these
two together having the 9 inch end go on the 14 5/8 inch.
9. On the end of the two 14 5/8 inch wood pieces use the large pilot hole to
drill a hole in both.
10.Now use the pvc pipe.
11.Line up the holes and with the 9 inch on the ground on the outside of the
bench then put the pvc through so that your feet have a spot to rest.
12.Now your invention is done.

Brainstorming Thoughts:
1. I thought about workout equipment and what I could do with it.
2. I thought about the benchpress because my feet cant reach the ground.
3. Writing down some thoughts I came up with one that supports my feet.
4. I thought about stacks of wood.
5. Pvc pipe holding wood for feet set ups.
6. A lower bench.
