GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all men these presents that whereas we, Meher un Nisa Farrukh w/o Farrukh
Ahmad CNIC NO# 31202-5000481-0 and Farrukh Ahmad S/O Gulzar Muhammad
caste Chughtai N.I.C.O.P NO# 366029-777153-1 R/O House No.167/b1 Quaid-e-
Azam Road Mailsi Punjab Pakistan. Present R/O 12 Loreto Wood Loreto Road Cavan
county Cavan Ireland that we are absolute owner of land measuring 0k--10m (5
marla each ) bearing khewat no 1162/1148 khatoni no. 1875 to 1879 total khata
53k0m Qilla 7 share 2720/28832 total area 0k10m situated at mouza Mailsi
(rural area) Teh. Mailsi Punjab Pakistan.

And whereas, we personally unable to manage and look after the affairs or dispose
of our above said Land/property, being settled abroad (Ireland), we therefore,
hereby constitute, appoint and ordain my real brother Muhammad Kamran S/O
Gulzar Muhammad whose permanent address is House No.167/b1 Quaid-e-Azam
Road Mailsi Punjab Pakistan as MY LAW FUL GENERAL ATTORNEY for and on my
behalf to do and execute all or any of the acts and things following namely:

1. To Sell, Gift (Tam leek), Transfer, Mortgage, Lease Out, Rent Out, our above
said Plots/Lands.
2. To sign and execute any documents including sale Deed(s)/Transfer
Deed(s)/Gift Deed(s)/Mortgage Deed(s)/Lease Deed(s) Rent Deed(s) and my
agreement in respect of my above noted Land/ Property and to admit the
execution and signatures/thumb mark and presents the same for the purpose
of registration before the Registrar/Sub-Registrar concerned.
3. To receive the sale price etc. in respect of my above noted Land/ Property
and to give and execute receipts in respect therefore.
4. To apply all departments of the Government and societies for
permission/clearance certificates, if necessary, to sell and transfer the said
Land/Plots and to appoint Advocate/Counsel/Court of Pakistan and to produce
witness and relevant documents/records.
5. Without prejudice to the generality of the above the General Attorney is
particularly empowered to do the following:
i. To incur any expenditure to pay any charge, fees, and commissions.
ii. To sign all letter, deeds, claims, complaints, applications, Vakaltnamas,
Representation, Receipts, references to arbitration, surrender deeds of
compromise and to execute to any assignment or transfer and to
make any endorsement and to swear any affidavit/ undertaking etc.
6. Generally to do all such acts and things as the General Attorney may think
expedient for the purpose aforesaid as fully and effectually in all respect
as I could do myself. I also confirm that any act or think done by General
Attorney shall be deemed to have been done by me and the same shall not
be challenged or questioned at any stage, at any forum, or in any Court of
Law including Supreme Court of Pakistan.
