The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, after hearing Ld Counsel for all concerned parties in Writ Petition No 716 of 2013 and 737 of 2013, has vacated the stay on transfer of vacant Under-graduate seats of All India Quota-2013 to states, as there will not be any Round - 4 of All India Quota UG Counseling 2013. In view of the above all vacant All India Quota UG (MBBS/ BDS) seats-2013 due to non-joining, resignation and cancellation of admission stand transferred to respective State Quota The copy of order dated 06.09.2013 in Writ Petition No 716 of 2013 and 737 of 2013 will be posted on mcc website as and when available. The candidates who had registered with Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU and could not come during 1" or 2™ counseling are also hereby INVITED to attend for 3 counseling on 16" sept.2013. However the candidates who have REFUSED in writing during 1° and 2" counseling for MBBS AND BDS admission should not come for admission to S a respective seats.
