    Read the ABC Warehouse VII Faulty Contractor Selection and Contract
    Administration handout. Prepare a narrative responding to the following:

    1. Outline the mistakes made by the parties involved in this case.

    2. Discuss the different insurance policies and bonds that the Owner should have
    requested from the Contractor prior to commencing the work to minimize his risk
    exposure. In your response outline the purpose of each insurance policy and bond.

    3. If you are selected as an Arbitrator in this case, what would be your ruling based
    on what is presented in the handout.

    All assignments should be typed. No handwritten solutions will be accepted.
