As you can see, the Montana is one of the states which referring to the topic but

because it is a single subtopic you should simply put the Montana in the main topic
because there are no other states that are given.
Simply you can write these instead because it is more concise and accepted.
We have another example of main topics with both single subtopic.
Number of machines are simply referring to the number on the subtopic but
because it only has one given it is more appropriate to remove the subtopic and
replace the word number with the number itself which is five.
On the Test II, they changed it in a manner of dividing the subtopic into 2 or more.
The subtopic frequent breakdowns were changed into more elaborative subtopics
which gave it a total of 3 subtopics in that way it is more appropriate. They simple
elaborate those breakdowns that had happened which is more informative.
