CPU Bus Unit Setup Error

<Details>
An installed CPU Bus unit does not match the Special I/O Unit
registered in the I/O table.

<Countermeasure>
1. Check the unit No. stored in the CPU Bus Unit Setting Error Flag.
- The errant unit number is displayed at the bottom of screen.
2. Mount the correct unit and change the registered I/O table.
- Change the registered I/O table after mounting the correct unit.
(If an I/O table does not need to be edited (reserving words and
setting start address), change the registered I/O table. Select
"I/O table" in the Project Workspace with working online in
PROGRAM mode. Then, select "Options" - "Create" in the PLC IO
table window.)

- Refer to the following manual for details on creating an I/O

<Notes>
- Always turn OFF the power supply to the PLC before replacing
Units, Inner Board, fuse, battery, wiring, or connecting cable.

Remarks:
- If an I/O table needs to be edited, transfer it to the PLC after
editing it. (Refer to the following manual for details on editing
and transferring an I/O table.)
