purpose of the review is to ensure that the payments reported by your employer comply with
the California Public Employees Retirement Law and can therefore be used in the calculation of
your retirement benefit.

payment of your first retirement warrant. Please be assured that CalPERS is working to
complete the review process and generate your retirement benefit.

Upon completion of the compensation review, your monthly retirement benefit will be paid
within 30 calendar days. CalPERS is committed to providing your retirement benefit in a timely
and expeditious manner.
