Description of how to implement in the class: In class, students will be
discussing famous people. I will ask the students if they know about Thomas Edison
and what he was known for. I will then introduce the lesson to the class by
providing a video of Thomas Edison from BrainPop. I will hold a short discussion
with the class as a whole group. Students will be competing a graphic organizer as
they watch the video.

After the video, students will share one interesting fact they found about Thomas

Edison. As a whole group, the class will then complete the quiz on Brainpop. With
any questions missed, teachers will then go over the answers with the feedback
Brainpop gives. After, the lesson is conducted we will then move forward to talking
about George Washington Carver. I will find interesting videos about Carver on
BrainPop as well.
