- Provide service of all transactions at Wal-Mart, making sure that all transactions are exact for audit purposes which
happen at least once a week for each cashier.
- Provide friendly customer service with a smile and solve problems that customers may have, and if I dont know the
answer I show the initiative to find it for customer satisfaction.
- Practice the importance of customer interaction, in a small town this is important because you see the same people every
day and it is important and sometimes really nice to build these types of relationships
- Time management balancing school, club volleyball, work, MIS club meetings and studying, this also taught me how to
multi-task and still give 100% in each task that Im face with.
- Train new hires on how to work on registers and complete each transaction, also train them on customer interaction

- Coached girls ages 10-18, in the sport of volleyball.
- Coached and ran summer skills camps. The skills camps were to teach players the basics in volleyball and to get players
into their certain positions on the volleyball court.
- Created organized coaching plans for each practice and prepared many girls to play volleyball as they transitioned into
high school.
