DEED OF RELEASE

This Deed of Release is drawn up at Chennai on []

BY AND BETWEEN

1. Mrs.Vidya Subramanian, wife of Mr. N. Subramanian, aged

about [] years, and residing at No.6/19,III cross street,

Seethamal Colony extension, Teynampet, Chennai 600 018

(hereinafter, Releasor)

2. Mrs.Pavithra Sankarakrishnan, wife of Mr. S. C. Charan,

aged about 37 years, and residing at Flat 4, Swarnamukhi,

185, St.Marys Road, Vidya Teertha Nagar, Chennai 600 018

(hereinafter, First Releasee)

3. Minor MekhalaCharan, daughter of Mr. S. C. Charan, aged

about 6 years, and residing at Flat 4, Swarnamukhi, 185,

St.Marys Road, Vidya Teertha Nagar, Chennai 600 018

(hereinafter, Second Releasee). The Minor was

represented by her mother and natural guardian, the Party

of the Second Part.


WHEREAS Mr. S. C. Charan was the son of the Releasor, the husband

of the First Releasee, and the father of the Second Releasee.

AND WHEREAS the said Mr. S. C. Charan was the absolute owner of

the property more fully described in the Schedule hereto

(hereinafter, Schedule Property)

AND WHEREAS the said Mr. S. C. Charan passed away, intestate, on

26th November, 2015, leaving behind the Releasor and the

Releasees as his sole legal heirs

AND WHEREAS the Releasor has come to hold an undivided one-

third share in the Schedule Property, on the death of her son, the

said Mr. S. C. Charan, and the Releasor has determined that she has

no desire to hold this share, and intends instead that her daughter-

in-law and granddaughter (the Releasees herein) do enjoy it.

AND WHEREAS the Releasor, out of the natural love and affection

she has for her daughter-in-law, the First Releasee, and her

granddaughter, the Second Releasee, has decided to release her

one-third share in the Schedule Property to and in favour of the

Releasees

NOW THEREFORE, THIS DEED WITNESSES AS UNDER


1. The Releasor doth hereby absolutely release, and the

Releasees, doth hereby jointly receive, the entire interest

that the Releasor holds in the Schedule Property, together

with all rights, interests, claims, advantages, and benefits

therein. The First Releasee accepts the said release for

herself, and on behalf of the Second Releasee.


2. On and from this date, the Releasees shall be the absolute

owners of the Schedule Property.

3. The Releasees are already in possession of the Schedule

Property and shall continue to be entitled to exclusive

possession thereof.
4. The Releasor confirms that the Releasees shall be entitled

to enjoy the Schedule Property absolutely, exclusively, and

peacefully hereafter, and shall be liable to pay all rates,

cesses, taxes and outgos in respect of the Schedule

Property hereinafter.
5. The present Release Deed is being executed purely out of

love and affection, and no consideration is given or

received herefor.
