SOUTH HILL Heart failure is a condition in which the heart isnt pumping as well as it should. While theres no cure
for congestive heart failure (CHF), medications and healthy lifestyle changes can help manage the condition. How is
congestive heart failure managed? What are symptoms, causes and risk factors of CHF?
If you are seeking answers to questions like these you should attend Februarys C.O.R.E. (Community Out-Reach
Education) Program at VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital to learn more about the causes, symptoms and
management of congestive heart failure.
This FREE program will be on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017 at 4 p.m. in the VCU Health CMH Education Center
Auditorium at 125 Buena Vista Circle in South Hill.
Dr. Nimesh Patel will be the speaker for the program. Dr. Nimesh Patel is Board Certified in Internal Medicine,
Cardiology, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology and Vascular Cardiology. He provides comprehensive invasive
diagnostic cardiovascular services for adults at his practice. Dr. Nimesh Patel practices at VCU Health CMH
Cardiology & Pulmonology located at 200 East Ferrell Street in South Hill.
