A ONE-STOREY ROW HOUSE

A proprietor acquired a piece of land 72.00 meters frontage by 20.00 meters depth located in a section of the
city where all houses are of the one-storey type. He intends to build a structure on the property and rent the
building as an investment. To get a maximum return on his investment, the proprietor has decided to construct
one-storey row houses, each with a frontage of 9.00 meters, and should have the following requirements and
features:

1 An entrance hall from which all rooms of the house could be reached without passing through the living
room.
2 Living-dining area.
3 Kitchen and accessories.
4 Two (2) bedrooms with closet spaces.
5 Carport.
6 Generous outdoor entertainment areas (terraces).
