JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF RECANTATION

WITH MOTION TO DISMISS THE CASE

We, ARLENE M. ALCALA, of legal age, and HAZYLENE M.

ALCALA minor and herein assisted by her mother, Arlene m. Alcala, with
residence at 447 Rubyville, Baesa, Caloocan City, after having been duly sworn to
in accordance, with law, do hereby depose and say: THAT

1. We are the witnesses for the prosecution in the above cited case;

2. After a long, matured and deliberate analysis and review of the

antecedent events, facts and circumstances that precipitated in the filing of the
instant case, which can be summarily treated/considered as misunderstanding
between our family and the family of the accused, we have found out that our
statements/testimonies previously given against the accused was a complete
misapprehension of facts surrounding the case, which we have unconditionally,
and absolutely decided withdraw and recant and to consequently move for the
dismissal of the instant case;
 3. This decision is purely ours and was never dictated by any undue
influence, duress, or intimidation and was done out of our own free and voluntary
act and deed.

4. We hereby withdraw/recall all our sworn statements and

testimonies given in the aforecited case.

5. We hereby requests that the Prosecuting Fiscal to move for the

dismissal of this case.

6. Finally, we hereby request this Honorable Court to dismiss the

instant case against the accused.

Further, affiant say none.
