1.1 Humans learn by motivation. There are 6 principles of andragogy.
One, the learner needs to know. Two, self-concept of the leaner. Three,
prior experience. Four, readiness to learn. Five, orientation to learning.
Six, motivation to learn. Humans learn when it involves real life
situations and is applicable

1.3 Andragogy is a holistic learning model to make it easier for the

reader to understand how an adult learns. The model helps explain by
starting out on the broader scale, such as institutional growth and then
goes into subject matter and then into the core adult learning
principles.

2.1 Theory provides explanations of a phenomena as well as guidelines

for action. Theories in the terms of the author are, Comprehensive,
coherent, and internally consistent system of ideas about a set
phenomena. Theories have to exist for practice to happen. For
example, the example of a scientific test was used to prove the point
of theories having a direct correlation to practice. If a scientist is going
to test a hypothesis, a theory is formed creating the hypothesis.
Without the hypothesis there is no experiment. Hence, without theories
there is no practice that can be formed. Theories are the basis of
practice.

2.3 The difference between concepts and learning. Learning

emphasizes the person on who the change occurs or is expected to
occur on. We define learning as the process of gaining knowledge and
expertise. Concepts of education is making theories and not partially
focusing on the learner but on the overall of the student body.

4.2 An example where climate was not conductive to learning in my
experience was in my economics class in high school. Every day I
dreaded going to the class because the room was plain. It was so cold
every day and we had a strict seating chart. Ecological Psychologist
are finding, for example, that color directly influences mood; bright
colors tend to induce cheerful, optimistic moods, and dark or dull
colors induce the opposite (Knowles, 54). The lack of sunlight and
colors effected my mood in the classroom.

4.5 My initial understanding of adult education under human resource

content is looking for the theories and phonological needs behind the
learner. Also, making sure the education is providing and giving the
students the education that they need and supervising the teachers
and teaching them the system of adult education.
