2 pull ups 2 muscle ups 2 straight dips x5 times

30 regular push ups

2 pull ups 2 muscle ups 2 straight dips x5 times

30 regular dips

100 muscle ups with 20 kg


Another routine:

10 pull ups 20 regular dips with 50 kg (10 circles)

Another routine:

10 pull ups 5 muscle ups 70 bar dips 5 muscle ups front lever hold after 90
reps and 10 pull ups on the end
