STAGE & BACKDROP SET-UP:

*Important info: Manager must ensure stage gets to the venue before 12noon, so stage set-up can start on
time. Stage dimension is: 32ft x 24ft. Since we dont have the 4sq goalpost to mount the backdrop, we have
to improvise, by using the bamboos in Church, to create a mount for the backdrop.

MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND STAGE LIGHTING SET-UP:

*Important info: Manager must ensure PA & Backlines gets to the venue before 12noon; and that no
unauthorized person(s) is close to the set-up perimeter [to avoid distractions]

GENERAL SOUND CHECK:

*Important info: Sound check is a most very important preparation to ensure great sound, which determines
about 80% of a musical events success. It is therefore imperative that the stage manager does everything to
make sure the sound engineer is comfortable and well taken care of, and to make sure the sound check is
well done, in an atmosphere of musical silence.

ARTISTES DRESS ROOM AND BACK STAGE TENT SET-UP:

*Important info: The set-up should be done with certain quiet, as sound check would be happening at the
same time. Seats should be arranged in a way to give certain privacy to the Artistes & their crew, and at the
same time, fostering Christian communal interaction with other Artistes and crews.
