ABSTRACT

TITLE OF PROJECT: CIVIL REGISTRY

Introduction:
Civil registry is the online system to help the Indian citizens to apply for there government records like
passport, voterid, pancard and they can apply for certificates like birth, death, marriage.

Project Analysis:
This application consists of following modules
1.Administrator
2.Manager
3.User
4.Registration
5.Others
Module I: Administrator
This Module contains the details of applications of registered users, regarding different
departments like VoterId, Pancard etc. He/she can also maintain the details of registered users and
certificate issued users.

Module II: Manager

Each and every department has separate manager who looks after the users who have registered
to in different department and status of the users are maintained by the manager.

Module III: User

First user has to register in order to apply for different departments after completion
of registration .the admin will provide the userid and password in order to apply for different
departments based on the user requirement.
Module IV: Registration
The user can register for different department based on the requirement.

Electricity Connection
Birth Certificate
Death Certificate
Watertap Connection

Module V: Reports
Reports are generated as per the Requests.

Operating System : Windows XP Service Pack2
Technology : Java/J2EE(Servlets, JSP,JDBC)
Web Technologies : Html, JavaScript, CSS
Web Server : Tomcat 6.0
Database : MySQL
Softwares : JDK 1.6

Hardware requirements:
Hardware : Pentium based systems with a minimum of P4
RAM : 256MB (minimum)
