Maintenance Notification

o You use this application component in maintenance processing in the

event of a malfunction or exceptional situation to:
Describe the exceptional technical condition at an object
Request the maintenance department to perform a necessary
task
Document work that has been performed
o Maintenance notifications document maintenance tasks completely,
and make them available for analysis in the long term. You can use
them for preliminary planning and execution of tasks.

Creation Of Notification

Tcode-IW21

Specify Notification Type as MR(Maintenance Request)

Then Press Enter following screen will appear

Specify Notification Description-Steam platten Repairing

In Reference Tab

Functional Location-SAMALI -RUBBER -PRESS

Equipment-10000011

In Subject Tab

Description -Steam platten Repairing

Long text-Rectification of steam leakage work to be done in Press #1 1000T

Responsibility Tab

Reported By-Debasish

Then Press Enter Following screen will appear

Put in Process

Then Click on Put in Process

Then status of Notification will change

 NOPR after Releasing notification

Then Click on Save.

It will generate notification number.

Then GO to IW32 With that notification number

Malfunction,breakdown tab

Give Malfunction End Date & time - 28.09.2011, 12:45:00

Breakdown Subtab

Tick Breakdown check box & then Press Enter.Then Breakdown duration will be
shown.

Check Box Malfunction End
Date & time

Then Complete the Notification by going the menu

Maintenance Notification-Functions-Complete

Then a dialog box will come.Then Press Enter

Afting Closing a notification a notification can be only displayed.
