A Healthier Meal
Comparing the data recommended for my DRV's and calories, I found out majority of the fast food meals
would be nutritious and would be under the recommended calories, total fats, cholesterol, sodium, total
carbs, dietary fibers, and protein for my age and gender group. The fast food meal that is most
nutritious is the Burger King meal and the meal that is the least nutritious is the Back Yard Burger meal.
On the data provided, a valid reason for my opinions is based on the meal total sum's for each fast food
meal.
