Description of System:
Computer plays a very important role in the modern world. It has become an Integral part
of every organization. The speed & reliability achieved by using a computer is very high.
This e Com application is very useful to fulfill the end customer requirement through
online means the particular customer get the quotation from the respective Dealer in his area
only against his requirement. In this system. The integral part of the system is that the particular
client submits his requirement regarding any product to the portal and then this requirement will
go to the Dealer panel having the same area as of client. Means the particular Dealer search the
client as per the area wise and vice versa.
Here Admin add the dealer area wise and do their registration through admin panel.
Means admin Create the Dealer area wise. Here Admin earn the money through Dealers
advertisement, their dynamic website, Rank Improvement.
Existing System Drawbacks:
In the existing system all the information of a property or client proceed
manually and it has to maintain the record of the entire activity involved in manual
system .
property registration process also involves lot of paper work. For every property
separate file has be maintained according to name of seller property details.
Searching the property was done by the persons own self from the property dealer
or through internet sites there was a limitation of matching choice of their property.
In cases the time was very essential. So to solving this stock of problems can be
listed in the existing system.
If any person wants to sell or buy a property then he has to come to the office for
registration of his property.
2.1.1 Following are the problem in the existing system:-
Time consideration:-
1)Increased time taken by personnel. It is very tedious job to find a proper property
as per your choice and for the other.
2)At the time of searching property all the records have to be scanned and even
after the people can't be sure that they will be able to find a proper property.
3)In addition owner wants to update their records each time a deletion or addition.

Cost Consideration:-
1. A large number of people are involved to maintain the whole system
that is very expensive.
2.The cost also increases to the buyer with the increasing of shop
maintenance.
3.Alarge number of manpower is involved to maintain the whole
system ,which is very expensive.
4.unreliable and inefficient data entry.
5.lesser user friendly.
6.redundant data storage.
7.uses of lot registers for maintain records.
8.The office is situated at the particular location ,the no of client cannot
able to come from other side. Only the people which near to the office
can register for sell, rent or buy.

Need For New System:

1.The existing system is very slow and needs more time to search and maintain
each and every detail.
2.As calculation are done manually it is tedious difficult to major more figures
accurately.
3.Retrival of required information is become difficult and time consuming.
4.security of data is very critical issue which has to consider in the current system
there is no data security.
5.Same data is maintained in various file which is leading to redundancy of data.
6.Repoort generation is very tedious job.
The in-charge of preparing report has to refer more than one file.
The system is highly flexible one and is well efficient to make easy
interaction with the client. The focus is given on data security, as the project is
online and will be transferred in network. The speed and accuracy will be
maintained in a proper way.

This will be a user-friendly one and can successfully overcome strict and
severe validation checks. The proposed system maintain all the property
information online. The identifies various sources of properties and accordingly
provides information. The various sources are land, apartments, row-house, villa.
It provides information to one and all who visit the site but to upload a property for
sale and rent and to send a request to buy a desire property only can be made
who register with the site.

The system maintains all the sellers, buyers records and provides a good
management system to avoid manually. The system provides various facilities such
as searching the residential, commercial properties for selling, buying, for rental
and displaying the images of property, feedback etc.
The scope of the system can be discussed using the following points.

1.Admin:
The role of admin module which provides different functionalities such as
registration, login, post property, get details of buyers and sellers list, maintain
records, delete records or see feedback and control on system etc.

2. Seller:
Seller module provides different functionalities such as registration, login, post
property, get list of buyers and many more.

3. Buyer:
A buyer work with client looking to buy a home or commercial building. A
primary responsibility in this role is to research properties that meet the client's
parameters, and then show the client the properties.
Buyer module provides different functionalities such as registration, login, get
details of residential homes and houses, commercial offices which are available
on rental.

4. Consultant:
A consultant helps clients for buy and sell property. Consultant module provides
different functionalities such as add property ,buy the property, sell the
property , view report and consultant can view the property.

5.Property:
Property module referred to flat such as 1 BHK,2BHk,land ,Villa, apartment,
flat, row-house.

1. The proposed system which will allow the user to quickly and easily search a
property for buy and sell.

2. The register user can upload his property for sale or rent out.

3. The system is design and developed in such a way that it tries to overcome all
the pre describe problems.

4. The system being an online system will give accurate information regarding the
property which helps to view all the property information directly from anywhere.

5. The proposed system will produce updated information of the register user.

6. Proposed system is flexible and user friendly.

7.Guidance for accessing the information site.

8.If member avail the access of site they should register.

9.For avail services for selling and buying property, members should be able to
access property details.

10.Member should be able to enter all the necessary description of their property
for sale.

11.Memeber should be able to view overall properties available for sale in city.

12.Member should be able to get information of the property like area, location,
prize.

13. Administrator can only able to make changes on the site.

14. Administrator should be to allow or delete requested property.


15. Administrator should be able to maintain all possible results for search option.

Also This system is used for the post and searches Villa, apartment, flat, plot .

2.1.1 Feasibility study:-

The feasibility study plays an important role in the analysis of the system.
Before development and implementation of the proposed system, feasibility study
carried out to ascertain the feasibility of implementing the new proposed system
the new proposed system i.e. to find out whether the system is worth doing or not.
Typical feasibility study comprises of three main aspects as follows:

1.Technical Feasibility:-

Technical feasibility refers to ability of the process to take advantage of


current state of the technology in pursuing further improvements. It involves an
investigation to determine whether the proposed system is feasible or not in terms
of hardware ,software and personal requirements.
The hardware and software requirements are meager and very easy to fulfill.
The system is technically feasible as it operates using standard software
technologies like Java Server Pages. For back-end i.e. MySQL is used which is
also open source freely available database package.
The personnel requirements are as follows:

1. The user of this software should have web knowledge.

2. The user should be familiar with fair knowledge of online shopping.


2.Economical Feasibility:-
An evolution of development cost weighed against the ultimate income or
benefits derived from the system. Cost benefits analysis used for evaluating
effective of the proposed system. The different type of costs are incurred are-

1.Manpower cost:

The proposed system does not required large number of manpower


to handle the system. Only one user will be sufficient to operate it which reduces
the manpower.

2.Hardware and software cost:

Hardware and software requirements are not too much costly. It can
be easily managed. It does not require any additional cost.

3.Operational Feasibility:-
It is the study of feasibility of developing the system at the client side.
Operational feasibility is the ability to utilize, support and perform the
necessary tasks of a system or program . It includes everyone who creates, operates
or uses the system. To be operationally feasible, the system must fulfill a need
required by the business.

Operational feasibility studies are performed to make sure that programs can be
initiated in the current production facility, without the need for more equipment or
staff. If there is need for more rooms, Machinery or personnel, The system need to
make an improvement in the way the product is perceived by consumer. Everyone
involved in the manufacturing and use of the system , product or program needs to
understand it and be able to use it in the manner it was designed to be used.

Objectives Of System:-
Time Effective and cost effective:

Property site is available to anybody and anywhere. This saves a lot of time of the
customer and in a very little span the register user may look the "What's" an offer
on the special products purchasing. This plan cost offered in economic too.

Database creation:

A database of the registered users will be created and this will help the users to
fetch the details of recent property as per requirements. There is a separate
database for administrator for updating the site.

Mobility:

Internet is available to everybody anywhere anytime here, this makes the site
highly mobile.

Informative:

The site has all the necessary details about the concerned property. Hence, provide
all the relevant information therefore.

Security:

Proper authentication and authorization provisions has been made for the security
of the site so that only the registered user can look the special offer details. Without
proper login no one is allowed to access the special offer list of this site.

Flexible:

The site is flexible to any expansion or contradiction in the future such as If new
property added on the website ,the SMS alert will be available for mobile users.

User Requirements:-
1.Designing of side should be such that easy access of information.

2. The required information should be on a central location. This will facilitate the
availability of the data anywhere and anytime.

3.User requires a system where property seller and buyer should have direct
communication without any agent so that seller and buyer should not have to
give commission to agent.

5. First user sees the home page of the sites which gives the site description there
are button for member registration. There are link for property sale deals, rent, buy
properties.

6. If the user wants to register directly click on register button to proceed ahead.

7. After clicking registration button new window open showing forms which must
field by user the form contain general information of user then click submit
button. On successful registration welcome window will come.

8. After log in user will see a welcome a screen where user can edit profile or can
sign-out.

9. User can also upload property and buy property.
