2. Job profile:

The objective of this role is to support our organizational and customer (project)
requirements in the areas of Business Analysis. This will mainly include identification of
business needs, analysis of data, and development of necessary business modeling,
performing data analytics, creating simple and effective business reporting systems
using applied business statistical methods for specific EBS projects. The role should have
multi disciplinary experience in more than one of the following industries of trading,
service, telecom and retail.

2.1. Objectives:
To ensure that necessary support is provided to deliver projects to meeting customers
requirements against set quality standards and industry benchmarks on a timely basis.

2.2. Core Competencies:


Business Statistical & Objective Analysis
Expertise with MS Access, MS Excel, SAS, Micro-Strategy or any other business
intelligence tools
Data Analysis & Mining Capability

2.3. Tasks:
a. Review customer requirements, estimation of job, and support in preparation of
project proposals
b. To support in delivering client projects, i.e., business assessment, workflow
definition, collate data and information, conduct data sampling and mining,
support in delivery of necessary business models against industry standard
services that is aligned with best practices. Define client BI / CI reporting
requirements as applicable. The deliverables of the role will be project and
customer specific.
c. Conduct necessary market research and collate necessary data to support
deliverables of the project.
d. Project management associated with the area of work, in terms of schedule and
planning, reporting and client interaction

e. Support in development of necessary customized models, templates and work
flows that are required for various projects (industry type) that can be commonly
used in our projects
f. Ongoing review and update of information relating to appropriate technology for
effective guidance during business & customer intelligence projects.
g. Support in project related training inputs such as collation of information for
workshops in consultation with the Principal Consultant
h. Interact with external parties in terms of project deliverables and quality check of
these deliverables
i. Backup support for key business deliverables during the non-availability of other
team members

3. Candidates profile (minimum qualification):

3.1. Education & Experience Requirements:


Management or Commerce Graduate with 4-6 years of experience, where in two
years mandatory in Business Analytics
Should have supporting experience in data analysis and applied business statistics
(any training / professional qualification associated with the same is an added
advantage)
Should be able to use MS Access and MS Excel extensively for developing models
associated with budgets, forecasting, sales and marketing trends, customer care
processes as applicable

Computer Skills Expertise in using office, where applicable MS Access, MS Excel,

Professional training on any Business Intelligence systems and analytical tools
