The location is a small field however it is close to trees and close to where a little river is.

WHY IS THIS LOCATION SUITABLE FOR YOUR PROJECT?

It will be suitable for the festival fashion spread because festivals happen outside on fields so it makes sense for
the clothes to be model in a similar background.

The field is in walking distance for the model and I. To get onto the field there is a little pathway to walk down
It isnt far away from any shops r houses either if we and through a little gate way.

GENERAL INFORMATION
People who might be affected by recording in this location:
As this area is a public space the general public may get bothered by the fact they might be getting filmed if theyre
walking their dogs on the location.
Precautions/measures taken to minimise the impact of your recording:
We will make sure that we arent in the way of any pathways or walk ways while the photos are
being taken so people can still move around the location.

As the photoshoots will be done outside there will not be any power source.
As there wont be any power I will make sure that everything which does

require power is already charged up the night before so it is less likely that
the equipment will run out of charge.
As we will be doing the shoot outside we will be close by a few local shop
so before the shoot we will get food together as a snack. Also, we could

make sure we have eaten before we start doing the fashion shoot so then we
would be able to get the shoot done quicker.
Doing the photoshoot outside means that there wont be very close
Toilets accessibility to toilets. However, before we go out to do the shoot we will go
to the toilet so it reduces the risk of needing to go to the toilet.
Me and the model will both our mobile phones so people can access use
while the shoot is taking place. This also means that if anything bad happens

it is easy for us to contact people to come and help us. However, as the shoot
will be outside there could possibly be a problem with the signal.
For this photoshoot the photos will have to be taken during the day so there
Daylight times (if recording is enough natural lighting around so that the model can still be seen on the
outside) picture. Also, as the theme is festival it makes more sense to use a bright
time of the day to show the positivity which is portrayed at festivals.
Locals/Authorities to be For this photoshoot I will tell the Hamilton Davis Trust as they are the
contacted company who owns most the land in the local rea and they will be the
people who will give us permission. Also, I will get in touch with the police

and ambulance service just in case anything wrong was going to happen .

Describe any restrictions/hazards in the immediate vicinity:

The restrictions what could be caused in the general public who will be using the same area for
things such as; football or walking their dogs.

Where will the crew work on this location?

On the location as it is a big field with a path way the crew will be mostly on the grass. If the crew
was on the path way means they will be in the way of other people who use this area.

Where will the cast work on this location?

The cast will be working on the field also so theyre out of the way of the general public. As the field
is so big means the cast and crew will be out of the way.

TOP 3 RISKS IDENTIFIED ON LOCATION

(N.B. this does not replace the Risk Assessment form which must be carried out for any practical project)
1.) As this area can be used by anyone the general public could be a risk as they could either;
walk into any equipment, steal equipment, get in the way of the shot. We will plan to do the
shoot when the field will be less likely to be getting used.

2.) As the field is used for walking dogs they could become an issue if they bump into the
equipment and damage it or if they keep getting distracted by the crew and cast.

3.) As the shoot will be done outside means that the weather could be an issue. If it is raining
means that we cant do the shoot as then it could ruin the equipment and the outfits which
the model will be wearing.

This area is slightly blocked by the

sun however it is still bright
enough to take the pictures which
means the photos will look festival
like.

From this picture we can see that there is enough

space for the model to move around and isnt getting
in the way of any member of the general public.
However, we will have to be careful with the sticks and
bumps in the ground as someone may trip over.
