Kerri was a fantastic addition to our staff room, engaging in discussions and staff
meetings. She was very open to advice regarding her teaching practices and she
took on board all advice given during her time at WMYC. Kerri adjusted her
lesson plans accordingly to suit the students academic ability after observing
and discussing with me.

Kerri participated in Professional Development on Restorative Practices and

Conflict Resolution. She was able to apply the new knowledge to a class that
had been having some very difficult classroom management issues. Kerri and I
discussed ways in which to implement the Restorative Practices and developed
different ways to manage behaviour issues in the classroom. Kerri was very
successful at recognising when to put into effect the changes, which improved
the behaviour and overall classroom environment for all students. Well done
Kerri.
