PRESENTATION GUIDELINE
ORAL PRESENTATION

1. Oral presentation should be prepared in English.

2. Time allocated for each presentation is 10 minutes (discussion session will
be including the time for presentation).
3. The presentation can be done using Power Point or prezi.
4. Please send the presentation slides to committee email
gorontalo.inc@gmail.com the at least Friday 17 March 08.00 am.
5. A computer, monitor and microphone will be prepared in all the session
rooms.
6. Please use sufficient font size, figure and contrast to ensure your text can
be seen clearly from the back of the room.

POSTER
PRESENTATION

1. Poster presentation should be prepared in English.

2. The recommended size for poster is 60 cm x 160 cm (Benner)
3. Poster numbers will be provided by the Secretariat.
4. Poster set-up and removal time will be updated on our committee.
5. Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their posters.
