    EXAMINING/SUPERVISING LAWYER

    Atty. ALFREDO C. VERONA, counsel for petitioner is conducting


    and supervising the examination of witness Delia R. Pontillas at the
    formers office at Rm. 219, Melecio Tan Building, corner Zamora & Salazar
    St., Tacloban City.

    I, SHELDON COOPER, am answering the questions asked of me in


    the waray-waray dialect fully conscious that I do so under oath, and that I
    may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury, and that I am
    aware that I am under oath.

    OFFER OF TESTIMONY

    The testimony of the witness is being offered for the purpose of


    proving the following facts:

    1. That she is a former helper of respondent Sheldon Cooper and Lorna Cooper
    at their house at Brgy. Pitogo, Jaro Leyte , and that she still works in the rice
    field owned by the spouses.
