*Remember: If you really love it, buy it because we probably wont be back to the same place again, but if that
means blowing your budget, dont. Beg your parents to let you go on the next trip and buy it then!

*Stuff you will pay for from your spending money: Sodas/Drinks at supper (other than water), admission to
sites not on itinerary, post cards, stamps, gifts for family/friends, $66 for tipping throughout tour, phone cards,
new shoes when you realize flip-flops do just that on Ecuadorian colonial streets and national parks.

How to Keep Track:


*Keep your travel journal with you at all times.
*Every time you spend money, write down what the item was and amount.
*Total at the end of each day.
*Make sure you are on budget.
*If not, trim back the next day.
