    This thesis examines how different parenting styles and levels of perceived parental pressure influence the academic performance of Filipino secondary school students. The study was conducted at Polytechnic University of the Philippines and involved surveying students to determine their perceptions of their parents' parenting styles and levels of pressure, and analyzing how these factors related to the students' academic achievement.
