    (BM&FBOVESPA) and CETIP S.A. MERCADOS ORGANIZADOS (CETIP and,
    jointly, the Companies), with reference to Material Facts previously released regarding the
    analysis of the business combination (Transaction) by the Brazilian Antitrust Authority
    (CADE), hereby inform that the Merger Notification n 08700.004860/2016-11, which
    refers to the analysis of the Transaction, was included, on this date, in CADEs 101 Ordinary
    Trial Session, to be held on March 22, 2017.

    Further information on the above- mentioned ordinary trial session is available at the Antitrust
    Authoritys website (www.cade.gov.br).
