SQUAD RESOLUTION OF OPLAN REVIEW ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 03,2016

The undersigned, being the members of OPLAN REVIEW, hereby sign the following resolutions:

RESOLVED THAT:
1. Every uttered word encompassing the word baba whether as root word or the word
itself, shall be subject to a 5-peso penalty.
2. Cursing shall also be bound by a 5-peso penalty.
3. Every late, whether in OPLAN REVIEW meetings or even school related things shall be
recorded and be subject to a 5-peso penalty.
4. A curtly reply shall also be accounted to a 5-peso penalty.
5. Abegail Castillo, Mark Dawfeeq Dorado, Samantha De Alday, John Kenneth Jacinto,
Jasper James Isip, Eunice Justine Regalado, John Kevin Sanita, Jonalyn Sienes,
Aubrey Sorbito, Rosemarie Trabuco, and Jaemie Angel Viclar are the official members of
OPLAN REVIEW and shall be bound by all the resolutions embodying this document.
6. Jonalyn Sienes is appointed as inspector of penalties of all the members, including her
own.
7. Deadline for penalty payment shall be on or before 10am of December 16, 2016.
8. Late penalty payments shall be accounted to a 50-peso penalty.
9. The proceeds garnered shall be used as fund for OPLAN REVIEWs Christmas Party.
10. All the resolutions shall be bound the members starting December 03,2016.
