I have gained full registration with a Licence to Practise on 05 August

2015 (GMC number: 7456798). I then voluntarily relinquished my Licence

to Practice (but remained registered with the GMC) in August 2016 after
completion of the Foundation Programme in order to pursue a full time
one-year MSc degree and hence I would not be practising clinically during
this period. According to the GMC, I can restore my full registration with a
Licence to Practice no more than 3 months before the start date of my
next post.
