1 Verify equipment details correct against drawings / data sheets.

3 Verify earthing is correct and conforms to design specification.

4 Measure earth bar resistance to general earth. ( Max value 0.1 ).

5 Carry out point to point verification and earth loop resistance check. (

6 Verify incoming feeder cables are complete, tight and correct phasing.

7 Check correct operation of mechanical interlocks.

8 Verify fuse / MCB ratings are correct.

9 Verify correct connections of centre tap transformers and circuits if

applicable.
10 Busbar Insulation Tests ( Min value 50M @ 1000v )

12 Verify switchboard feeder cubicle number and labelling is correct.

13 Verify MCB / fuse ratings at feeder cubicle are correct for application.

14 Function check feeder cubicle at switchboard and verify remote

shutdown circuits.
15 Energise Distribution Board and verify correct phase rotation.

16 Verify correct voltage outputs from centre tap transformers where

applicable.
17 Verify correct polarity, phasing and circuit at output terminals.

18 Carry out live earth loop impedance test at Distribution Board busbars.
( Max value 1.0 ).

Note: Confirm that MCBs and RCDs have been fully tested at
Vendors workshop. Refer to vendors documentation for details.
