The reason I picked Isom Elementary School is because everyone here is so welcoming

to each other. Teachers try to promote a positive environment and they really try to

motivate their students. Teachers and administrators take a lot of time to get to know

their community, their families, and their students to make sure they get what they need.

Students respect and care about one another, and they really want to work together.

The school supports diversity; students get much broader experience to different kinds

of people, different cultures, different ethnicities, and a social- economic background.

You need a sharp assistant teacher with great attention to details and excellent skills.

My education and training makes me an ideal candidate for this position. My study of

Education has given me a solid background so that I can perform the following: Help

teachers with recordkeeping, such as tracking attendance and calculating grades, help

teachers prepare for lessons by getting materials ready or setting up equipment, help

supervise students in class, between classes, during lunch and recess, and on field

trips. I am certain that my resume will give you a greater understanding of my

qualifications for this exciting opportunity. I would be happy to provide greater detail
