    1. In line with the conduct of Council Scout Youth Forum on October 16 18, 2015, school-based
    Scout Youth Forum on October 13, 2015.
    2. The forum aims to equipped scouts with knowledge and skills on parliamentary procedures.
    3. Participants are
    Currently registered with the BSP/GSP
    Belongs to Top 10 of their respective classes
    Fluent in English is an advantage
    4. Participants are advised to wear Type A/ Type B/ Type C uniform.
    5. The usual wholehearted cooperation and full support of everybody is earnestly
    solicited.
