A Healthier Meal
The healthiest hamburger meal was surprisingly McDonalds. It was the most nutritious of the meals coming in at a mere
650 calories about 110 calories less than Burger King the second most nutritious option. Additionally, the amount of fat was at
least 6 grams less than that of Wendy's an option I had originally perceived to be healthier. The sodium content was also very
significant to me at the 150 mg difference between McDonald's and its major opponent Burger King. Backyard Burger is the
least nutritious of the meals at a staggering 1,248 calories, 107.5g in cholesterol, 1710mg in sodium, and 64.7 grams of total
fat. In conclusion, perhaps I will be considering McDonalds as the healthiest option in an upcoming fast food pinch.
