    MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE GENERAL BODY OF THE APARTMENT


    OWNERS ASSOCIATION HELD ON 13th NOVEMBER, 16

    1) The General body meeting of the Apartment Owners Association was scheduled
    at 10 Am but due to lack of quorum, postponed by an hour and started at 11 Am.
    2) Then the outset officiating Secretary Mr. Jegan welcomed all due to unavoidable
    reasons secretary JOAOA Mr.Ganesan was not able to attend the meeting. He
    requested President of JOAOA Mr.Munuswamy to address the August gathering.
    3) Agenda No 1:
    Resolution No 1:
    Election was conducted and results were announced. Mr. Munuswamy Mani is
    re-elected as President, Mr.Rajasekar.V as Vice President, Mr. Mohan
    Rathinam Secretary, Mr. Prabhakar as Asst Secretary, Mr. Vimal Jafree
    Fernandez as Treasurer and Mr.Govindan as Asst Treasurer.
    Resolution No 2:
    President, Secretary, Vice President and Treasurer is authorized to sign cheque and
    taking care of daily activities.
    Resolution No 3:
    Revenue Biggest problem was brought to light.
    a. Maintenance pending from owners/tenants
    b. Owners staying outside not paying maintenance
    c. Pending Maintenance M/s Padmavathy

    Resolution No 4:
    Car Parking
    Disputes arising due to usage of reserved car parking
    Resolution No 5:
    Development Activities
    a. Plants/Gardening to be maintained
    b. Tall bushes around the apartment boundary giving an untidy look: to be
    cleaned up
    c. Plumbing to get rid of leakages
    d. Water tank & Sump cleaning
    e. Lift maintenance on preventing or continuous maintenance
    f. Feasibility check for outsourcing maintenance activities
    g. Feasibility check to shift garbage collection to other location
