2 Carry out point to point verification and earth loop resistance check.

3 Verify cables are complete, tight and correct phasing / polarity.

4 Check charger / inverter cubicles are clean and free from dust and
moisture ingress.
5 Check insulation resistance of anti-condensation heater circuits.

6 Check insulation resistance of feeder and charger power circuits.

7 Verify charger / inverter MCB / fuse ratings and relay settings are
correct.
8 Verify batteries are installed, identified and polarity correct to vendor
layout.
9 Verify battery connections are tight, approved grease applied and
shrouds fitted.
10 Verify switchboard feeder cubicle number and labelling is correct.

11 Verify MCB / fuse ratings at feeder are correct for application.

12 Energise and verify satisfactory operation of anti-condensation heater

circuits.
13 Energise feeder cubicle and function check controls and ICS
interfaces.
14 Energise charger cubicles and check for correct phase rotation and
voltage.
15 Carry out live earth loop impedance test at charger panels.

16 Function check charger system in accordance with manufacturers

instructions.
17 Verify operation and settings of alarms and trips.
