an important part of our 2016 seasonal team as a front desk receptionist. In our organization, the
front desk receptionist is responsible for guest services as well as reservations. Brenna excelled in
both of these roles position.

Our inns and restaurants have been featured in many leading publications we take pride in being
listed among the finest resorts in New England. As a seasonal resort with rack rates exceeding
$600 per night, we are constantly challenged to find staff that meet our expectations and are quick
learners. Brenna fit in wonderfully in this setting both in personal style and her ability to learn
quickly.

Brenna continuously displayed a strong work ethic. She is honest, reliable and works well with her
coworkers. Her particularly strengths are providing excellent customer service, her reliability and
