    INSTRUCTIONS TO VOTER

    TO VOTE IN FAVOR of the article, complete the oval to the right of the word "YES."
    TO VOTE AGAINST the article, fill in the oval to the right of the word "NO."

    ARTICLE 1
    APPROVAL OF SCHOOL BUDGET

    Shall the voters of the City of South Burlington School District approve
    the School Board to expend FORTY NINE MILLION SEVEN
    HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY
    AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($49,754,590.00), which is the amount the
    School Board has determined to be necessary for the ensuing fiscal
    year? It is estimated that this proposed budget, if approved, will result
    in education spending of $15,575.76 per equalized pupil. This projected
    spending per equalized pupil is 3.48% higher than spending for the
    current year.
