ORDER :

In the reference 1st cited, orders were issued duly adopting G.O.Ms.No.3,
dt.12.01.2011 for payment of wages to the personnel working on contract basis through
Private Agencies in respect of the following categories :

2. In the reference 2nd cited, the Government of Telangana issued orders duly revising
the remuneration of the personnel working in Government Departments on contract /
outsourced basis through Private Agencies in respect of the categories mentioned
therein.

3. After careful examination, the TSTRANSCO hereby revises the remuneration of the
personnel working on contract / outsourced basis through Private Agencies as per G.O.
Ms. No.14, Finance (HRM-I) Dept., dt.19.02.2016 of Govt. of Telangana as shown in the
table below.

4. Further, the EPF @ 13.36%; Agency Commission not less than 3% and not more
than 5%, ESI @ 4.75% and Service Tax as applicable will be levied on minimum basic
wage. These orders shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2016. In para 2 of
the G.O. 2nd read above, in Sl. No.I, the categories of Ayahs and Labour (Cleaning) and in
Sl.No.II, Plumber, Pump Operator and Carpenter are respectively added in the above
TABLE to whom the revised remuneration is made applicable.

5. All the Functional Heads are hereby directed to follow the above orders
scrupulously without any deviation.

6. These orders are issued with the concurrence of Joint Managing Director (Finance,
Comml., & Vigilance) No.642, dt.09.03.2016.
