2 INT. BATHROOM -NIGHT- 2

GIRL A enters a bathroom with a bag over shoulder, on her
phone talking to her mom. Slight pause at the entrance of
the bathroom. Girl As appearance is flustered. She looks
tired with her hair messed up.
GIRL A
Mom, okay, listen. I know that I
went out yesterday..Yes, I know I
could have studied. Im aware of
that. Im just... stressed, okay. I
have a lot of work. I wanted some
time for myself. -heavy sigh- I
have a midterm coming up, a video
project due, and on top of that an
essay. Im behind on practically
everything.
MOM
This is not what I had in mind for
you. I expect you to do better than
this. To manage your time. Your dad
and I dont pay for you to go
school to mess around and go to
parties. I expect you to time
manage and bring home perfect
grades. Dont forget that you have
to be home for your sisters 5th
birthday party.
Girl A, while talking, walks in front of the mirror. She
stares at herself in the mirror. A faint knocking sound (two
knocks) occurs.
Wide camera shot to show that the bathroom is empty.
Girl A looks around before shrugging and brushing it off.
Vaguely unsettled but pays it no mind.
GIRL A
How do you expect me to make it
home this weekend? I just told you
that I have a lot of things to do.
I wont be able to make it -pause-
Mom, Im sorry. Im really sorry,
okay? I gotta go now, bye.

Girl A hangs up. She inhales, and blinks rapidly a few times
trying not to cry. Girl A splashes water onto her face, and
she grabs a paper towel and dries her face. Camera shot only
shows body of Girl A, and in the background the stall door
opens slightly to show part of the DEAD GIRL.

Girl A pauses, and looks back at the stall door. Stall door
opened like before, but no Dead Girl.
Wide camera shot to show that bathroom is empty.

Girl A breathes in to calm her nerves, fixes her hair, and

walks into the stall right next to the one that is opened
slightly. She locks it behind her and hangs her bag up on
the stall hook.
Camera focuses on her upper body while the sound of rustling
cloth sounds (to pretend she taking off her pants but you
know she is not really going to do that but just sit on the
stall).
While Girl A is taking off her pants, the camera will slowly
move from viewing the stalls with Girl A and Dead Girls
legs showing and stops at the Dead Girls legs.
The camera will go back to Girl A.
Girl A is sitting down on the toilet and the camera will be
focusing on her upper body only.

Camera switches angles to show the Dead Girl coming out of

the stall next to Girl A.
Option 1 - Dead Girl comes out from the toilet. Toilet water
seeps from the stall right next over, splashing from over
the side of the toilet. The Dead Girls feet lowers onto the
floor, making loud squelching noises.
Girl A makes a gasping noise, pulls her pants up and climbs
completely onto the toilet. After a few pauses, Girl A
climbs off the toilet and lowers herself on the ground
slowly, trying to be as quiet as possible. She looks into
the stall right next to her.
Theres nothing there, except toilet water.

Option 2 - Dead Girl walks past Girl As stall, and stops

for a minute. Girl A freezes, too scared to move. Dead Girl
slowly walks into the stall right next to her. Her feet make
squelching noises. Dead Girls feet are directed so shes
facing Girl A.

Girl A shuts her eyes, trying to compose herself, and lowers

herself so she can see the feet better. When she looks into
the other stall, there are no feet there.

Nothing but some toilet water leaking out of the toilet.

Girl A releases a sigh of relief and straightens up. Girl A
grabs her bag. She unlocks the stall door, and walks out,
carefully avoiding the water from the neighboring stall that
the Dead Girl was in.
Girl A begins washing her hands. She looks into the mirror,
and freezes when she sees that her eye is bleeding slightly.

Her hand trembles wildly as she reaches up and brushes the

blood on her eye. Girl A looks at the b
\lood in horror. Girl A tries to wash her face and get the
blood off, but more and more blood comes from her eyes.

Girl A splashes water onto her face to get the blood off
(shot from the same angle as when she washed her face
earlier).
Meanwhile in the background, the stall opens and a glimpse
of the Dead Girl is apparent. Dead Girls hair is messy and
in her face. Her skin color is pale.
Water splashes everywhere, flecks of blood glistening among
them. She rubs her eye while looking at the mirror, scrubs
at it with paper towels, before getting it off. Girl A is
oblivious to the background scene of the Dead Girl.
The toilet flushes in Dead Girls stall.
Camera changes from Girl A to the bathroom stall while
flushing is still going on but no legs are shown in the
stall.
Girl A whips around to stare at the stall, wide eyed. Blood
and water drips down her face while her chest heaves from
hyperventilating.

Camera changes perspective to Girl running towards the

bathroom door and follows her.
Girl A runs to the bathroom door and begins tugging and
banging on the door. The door is not opening. Girl A shaking
the handle of the door. She claws at the door, before
collapsing against it.
Girl A turns around and looks at the bathroom.

Wide camera shot of the bathroom.

Girl A pushes herself to her feet, using the door as
support.
Girl A tugs her phone out of her pocket, and tries to make a
call on her phone.She nearly drops her phone several times.
The call somehow makes it through. Girl A cries from relief,
but then hears ringing in the bathroom.
Camera shoots the stall where the ringing is coming from.

The ringing of a phone is coming from the Dead Girls stall.

Camera goes to Girl A.
Girl A stares at the stall. The ringing gets louder. She
slowly puts the phone down on the counter.
Girl A walks over very, very cautiously, getting close to
the stall. The stall is closed, and she hears it unlock
right as she reaches for the handle.

The stall creaks open a crack.

Girl A looks into the stall, and sees a bloody eye staring
back.
She opens her mouth to scream, but all noise cuts off when
an arm reaches out to grab her.
FADE OUT TO:
3 EXT. OUTSIDE OF CLASSROOM - DAY - 3

BOY A walks out of the classroom with a friend, GIRL B. They

walk past the Girls Bathroom, and the bathroom door opens
with a creak. Shot of the mottled hand of the Dead Girl
pushing open the door.

GIRL B
How did you think you did on the
mid-term?
BOY A
Honestly, I just studied for like
five minutes before the test. I had
so much to do this week and
everything has just been so
overwhelming.

GIRL B
Five minutes?! Youre crazy! You
gotta time manage or something.
Youre definitely attracting
stress.

Girl A walks out of the bathroom, looking perfectly normal.

BOY A
If only stress was a girl

GIRL A
Nice one
BOY A
Haha

I still have another mid-term

tomorrow.I think I might just drink
this one tonight. Im so stressed
out. I really dont want to study
anymore.

GIRL B
This is what college is- you just
gotta constantly study and hope for
the best.
Girl A follows the two from behind. The camera focuses on
Girl B and Boy A. Occasional shots of Girl A, except shes
dead and dripping.
BOY A
Ahhh, hold on. I have to go to the
bathroom.
GIRL B
Alright. You want me to wait for
you?

BOY A
Do you have a class after?
GIRL B
Nah. Ill wait. Dont take too
long.

BOY A
Cool, cool.
Boy A walks towards the bathroom. Girl A follows him into
the bathroom. The bathroom door shuts behind them.

The door shakes a bit, but all is silent. Everything goes

still.
