    Responsibilities:

    Assist in negotiating/reviewing of bank facilities/working capital/term loan agreement


    Liaison with various inter/intra departments to coordinate the banking/cashflow related matters for the group of
    companies
    Ensure timely reporting of various banking, cashflow related report for management review,
    e.g bank covenants, bank facilities utilization, cashflow projection etc
    Assist with liaison with bankers and maintain satisfactory banking relationship
    Assist in system automation & report simplification projects
    Ensure compliance to internal procedures, control and ban covenants
    Any other ad-hoc tasks

    Requirements:

    Degree in Finance / Business / Accounting or ACCA or equivalent


    Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
    CGPA 3.5 and above
    Soft skills: Analytical skill and meticulous
