Develop a system that can replace the manual library managing system. That can handle & manage
the activities involved in Ankole western University library in an efficient & reliable way.
1.5 Specific Objectives

1. Examine the existing heterogeneous manual filing system

2. Design an evolutionary prototype of a Library Management System
3. Implement the prototype
4. Test the prototype

1.6 scope
The system study will be conducted from the library of Ankole western University from
January 2017 and will end in April 2017, The System will automate the existing system of
Stock Maintenance, Catalog and Book Search to be computerized So that book Issue, Return,
Searching will be faster.

1.7 Methodology

A methodology is a formalized approach to implementing the system development life cycle.

The following methods will be used for the development stage of the Book store management
