12:37 pm Meeting called to order

 I. PHD returned to caucus to elect a new floor leader Jennifer Mikhli
was unanimously elected.

II. Giuseppina Andrawis was nominated and unanimously elected Chair

of the Committee on Media, Outreach, and Engagement.

III. Deanna Ng was sworn in as a new member of the assembly.

IV. Remarks from the speaker Mike Hovell

V. Floor opened to questions and comments from members of the

assembly.

VI. Vote on Joint resolution 0006 to allow Aish Hatorah at Brooklyn

College Budget Organization status, the ayes had it.

VII. NYPIRG addressed the assembly

VIII. Questions and comments from non-members present at the

meeting. Assemblyman Cremidis asked Giuseppina how as Chair of
Media, Outreach and Engagement she plans on boosting student
attendance at the weekly assembly meeting. Several people at the
meeting responded that it is not necessarily a bad thing that
outsider attendance at the weekly meetings is low because clubs
normally have events and functions during the assemblys weekly
meeting time.

IX. Motion to adjourn made by Nisan, seconded by Shani, meeting

adjourned.
