The right, the left and the fascism political ideologues have all been referred to as the
political ideologies of the 20th Century and the philosophers of the 21st Century feel that these
three ideologues do little to help people understand what is happen or to adjust and handle the
challenges brought by globalization. It is for this reason that the French philosopher Alain de
Benoist proposes a fourth political theory that could help governments deal with globalization,
With the new theory comes the extinction of politically motivated theories and the birth
of a global interconnected world operating by the economic laws and the morality of the rights of
man (Dugin, 2012).With the new theory the politicians who make political decisions are replaced
with managers and technocrats with transformative leadership and maximally handle the
logistics of administration of the government with leadership and high level stewardship
(Dugin,2012). The fourth theory of politics also calls for national bolshevisms by freeing
socialism from materialism, atheism and modernism and reject the racist and the narrowness of
the three doctrines so as to discover the new political theory which is a representative of
socialism that has been strapped off materialist ideas, modernism, atheism and progressivism
view. All what is required is for the stakeholders to cooperate with one another and to put aside
prejudices against communism and fascism as these prejudices are instruments the liberals and
The fourth theory of politics could be the key to a more cohesive and a more
technologically adaptive world that views the politicians as managers who have to manage their
countries using the best administrative techniques. In the age of globalization, such an ideology
is very welcome.
