graywater code, Title 24, Part 5, Chapter and Certification
16A. The new graywater code promotes
water conservation, relieves stress on
private septic systems, and makes legal
compliance easily achievable.

employers, helping you compete in the
green jobs market.

This Green Gardener Graywater Training Program is


sponsored by combined funding from the American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act from the California State
Energy Program, Workforce Investment Act, Governor’s
Discretionary 15 percent portion of the federal Workforce
Investment Act, and public-private partnership matching
funds from the Monterey and Santa Cruz County Workforce
Investment Boards.
