INFORMATION

The undersigned, Associate City Prosecutor, accuses Y, 17 years

old, a resident of Unit 223 Merly Building, P. Noval, Sampaloc, Manila of
the crime of Rape with Homicide, committed as follows, to wit:
That on or about February 11, 2017, in the City of Manila,
Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-
named accused, did then and there, with deliberate intent, entered the house
of AAA who was then and there alone, and by means of force and
intimidation, with the use of an armed weapon (kitchen knife), willfully,
unlawfully, and feloniously did lie, and succeeded in having carnal
knowledge of said AAA, without her consent.
That after the accused raped the said victim, the former took the
kitchen knife and stabbed the latter 17 times in the chest, resulting to the
death of AAA.
