INFORMATION

The undersigned, Associate City Prosecutor, accuses X, 17

years old, a resident of Unit 223 Merly Building, P. Noval, Sampaloc,
Manila of the violation of Section 5 of Republic Act No. 9165, committed as
follows, to wit:
That on or about February 11, 2017, in the City of Manila,
Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-
named accused, did then and there, with deliberate intent, sell, trade,
administer, dispense, deliver, give away to another, distribute dispatch in
transit or transport any dangerous drug, six (6) self-sealing transparent
plastic sachets with recorded total net weight of 1 kilogram, which when
subjected to laboratory examination yielded positive results for presence of
METHAMPHETAMINE, a dangerous drug.
